We make every effort to get your shipment on its way within 48 business hours of receipt. When you place an order with us the first step we take is to “authorize” your credit card. This is a check to see that the information provided for the order matches the cardholder and is a protection for you. In most cases the bank will place a temporary hold on the funds. We never collect funds from your bank until we have confirmation that your order has been shipped to you.
Please note: Our order processing hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST. Orders placed after 5pm EST Mon-Fri will be processed the next business day.
Saturday Delivery Policy:
UPS shipping / delivery days are considered business days, Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is not included (even with 3-day shipping option). If you need to make special arrangements for Saturday delivery - AT ADDITIONAL COST - you must call Litco at 1-877-504-7954.
All orders placed online will ship via UPS Package Delivery or UPS LTL Freight, based on size and weight of the order. All in-stock parts will ship within 48 hours. In the unlikely event a part is not in-stock, Litco International will contact you regarding a ship date. For specific items in larger quantities, there may be a longer lead time prior to shipment. If you have questions, please call Litco at 1-877-504-7954 for additional information and an exact shipping date for your order.
For non-U.S. shipments, duties and taxes are not included in the order total.
Please note that UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Shipping can be estimated once you have items added to your cart. In the bottom left corner on the "view cart" page is the shipping estimator, just enter your postal code and state.
